So here's the scenario for next year...

No March in Watertown
April 24-26 Sleeping room rates will be higher due to annual Jefferson car show this weekend. This date is not finalized as I'd like to get a feel for if everyone is willing to pay additional for their rooms. If I have enough local interest, I can definitely hold the crop. I would need at least 10 registrations to hold it.
May 15-17
September 18-20
No October in Watertown
November 6-8
Now, March and October had no dates available, so I would really like to try to get some interest in a Retreat Center in West Bend, WI. Please let me know if you have any interest in doing so. Here's the website http://www.cedarvalleycenter.org
If I hold a scrap retreat at this center, all reservations are done through me and I would need payments in full as soon as I booked the center due to their payment policy. I've toured the facility and truly think everyone would love it! I will have to work out cost details but would like to know if there is enough interest for me to go ahead with that.
